Title
Every request becomes a thread between you and SMM, the developer who builds these products. Questions come back, a fix goes out, you confirm it works. Signing in is how a reply finds you — and how we know a real person asked.
Google is the only way in. There is no password, and your email address is never shown on the board. Anything you filled in from a product's link is kept while you sign in.
